What's With the Big Hole?

Traffic moved even slower than usual through downtown Concordia recently, as necks turned into rubber trying to determine why a big hole was being dug in Broadway Plaza. The hole was dug next to the Losh's building to assess the structural soundness of the footings. This is a necessary step to figuring out what we should do with the wall.
