New Images of Broadway Plaza

Last week, City Manager Larry Uri released the new images of Concordia's Broadway Plaza. These images include some much needed updates.

Here are the big new things to note:

1. We asked and they delivered- Our local experts at Pelitier Foundry gave us an idea of what a steel structure might look like in place of the wooden trellis and this is what they returned. It's a throwback to to the train station covers of long ago with a modern twist with blue poly carbonate roofing.

2. Due to popular demand, the clock can now be viewed from both directions on 6th street.

3. A fence will surround the perimeter in order to block off the space for special events and assist parents with coralling their children.
